What earns me points?
You’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent on homecare retail and professional hair extensions — whether you shop in-salon at any Gadabout location or make an online retail purchase through our website.
Note: Points cannot be exchanged for cash, services, or credit. You earn points based on the amount paid, not the full retail value (i.e. sale prices = fewer points). Gift cards do not earn points, but if you use a gift card to purchase retail, you’ll earn points for that purchase.
How can join the Locals Only Club?
Everyone can join! No matter where you live, you’re invited. Just say “yes” during checkout when our team asks if you’d like to join. It’s free, quick, and your points start building same day. While most guests join in-salon at checkout, if you're not located in Tucson, simply email marketing@gadabout.com and we’ll get you set up.
What kind of rewards can I get?
Rewards are based on tier levels (starting at 2,500 points) and may include: Deluxe product samples, Curated product bundles, Gadabout merchandise, Exclusive VIP experiences. Rewards are offered on a rotating basis and subject to availability — so each time you redeem, you might find something new. We refresh the reward tiers regularly — ask at checkout to see the current options.
Note: Rewards are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted to cash or credit.
Do my points expire?
Your points never "expire" — but if your account is inactive for 24 months, it will automatically deactivate.
How can I track my rewards points?
You can check your points balance anytime — just ask at the front desk while you're in the salon, give us a call, or log into your online booking profile to view your rewards.
How can I get My Birthday Gift?
Receive your onetime Tier 1 birthday gift when you complete any service or make any homecare purchase in-salon. Gift is 1 per guest, while supplies last, no cash value. Offers must be redeemed in-store and Gadabout may modify or end this promotion at any time. Valid only during your birthday month with an active Locals Only membership, email, and birthday on file.
